Poor APM bus Service.

I bought a bus ticket from Pta to Cape Town departing 11am 25 Jan at Bosman station to arrive in CT at about 8am 26 Jan. Shockingly the bus never came to the station until 4pm where l decided to go back to Checkers wonderpark where l bought the tickets. Checkers adviced me to call APM, a rude manager from APM bus services told me their bus was broken and l will never get my refund. She further told me there was 6pm bus if l wanted to still go to Cape Town and they have sent communication to their clients which l did not receive. APM and Checkers failed me because that ticket was for my child who was going to school. 6pm was not convenient for her.
