PATHETIC SERVICE FROM APM BUS SERVICES

This company does not even deserve 1 star, but I had to place 1 star to write my review. Referring to the message sent by Charnel B, a follow up is that APM bus services have utilised taxis to transport the people to East London. The two young children are devastated as APM Bus Services have not paid the taxi owners/drivers as of yet, and the passengers were informed that the taxi drivers will not release them until such time that APM Bus Services pay them. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the office on the number ***, but no answer. This is pathetic service from a company that had a write up as follows

This goes to show that the driver himself cannot take responsibility in this matter, as he is supposed to be the captain of the ship. I do expect some feedback from the company in this regard.
