Pathetic service

I recently had the worst experience with this bus service. I booked a late bus with my daughter on computicket. Only to find out that the bus service will be sending a lower class bus instead, The bus I booked was no where to be found, no explanations to add to the inconvenience we had to board outside park station in a smelly unsafe spot. The drivers and staff were rude and unprofessional. I will never ever use their services again.
