Pathetic service

My friends & I wanted to use the bus to Durban for the April long holiday. We bought APM bus tickets but it turned out there was a strike. We had to use alternative transport which we paid for. When we got back from the trip we were sent voucher numbers by sms. When we phone them, they tell us that we need to travel within two months or the vouchers expire. We don't want to travel anywhere as we already came back from our vacation. All we want is our money back.
