Pathetic bus line service

The most terrible transportation experience ever. The administration and service of this bus line is below standard.

The AP0102 bus that was scheduled for 20:30 was so late that it only arrived at 22:40 and without departing, there were issues of passengers from the 19:00 AP0101 bus bording the and refusing to get off.

The service we received from the help desk was so poor that they failed to communicate their inadequacy, delays and/or inconveniences. Commuters were standing in the cold without being informed by the APM personnel about any updates.

I'm very disappointed with their service.
