Overloaded for over 10 hours drive

Terrible service ever I've never encountered such a horrible service in my entire life, reported it to their customer service email address but clearly they are all equally *********** from top to bottom, they should be investigated they gamble with peoples' lives they overload the bus imagine driving over 10 hours overloaded passengers sitting on the floor
