OMG Was stuck on the middle of no where

So I booked a bus ticket at shoprite that departed at 10 and was meant to arrive at 05:15 at most but on our way around one o clock the bus just stops and when the driver calls the owner he replies I will see what I will do, I mean I for one booked this time because I need to be at school UKZN for registration and after same night need to return back to Johannesburg cause am reporting at work that Friday.This is bad customer service and am not happy cause am still sitting waiting for another bus since 1 in the am or the technician to fix this one, LIKE REALLY. ..<br> <br> My name is Thobeka and am a very angry customer. ...mxm
