No toilets traveling with kids

I'm traveling with 6 children knew that the bus had toilets due to that I'm traveling with children. I'm checking in now we get a bus with no toilet .I got a 4 year 5 year and 10yr the driver says we will stop half way. Bad service as I paid full price for such .Also to be told a bus with toilet will be available later at 12 midnight.this is not on .
