No regard for people's time..

Had booked a bus to leave Durban in the evening on the 31st Dec 2023, only to be told a day before that they have postponed my bus by 24hrs. I don't stay in Durban was just going to fly in from Joburg and come back in the evening by bus, it's festive season and there is no accommodation, they just sent me an sms below just like that. I phoned for a refund and was told they give a voucher to use within 3 years,so its their way or no way. Cheap is expensive, will never book them again , 5 tickets money gone to worst. Check the sms postponing my trip by 24hrs.
