Never use APM bus service again, I had a worse experience ever

What a traumatic experience, on the 30th of May2019 i used APM bus service. 1st problem encounted a bus came an hour and a half after departure time. 2nd problem a driver notified us after 2hours that after some kms he will need to refill water all through the journey imagine from Jhb to Dbn, he got tired and now we are stranded here been waiting for a mechanic 2hours now and we are not even half way to Durban by the look of things we will make it for Dbn at 9pm-11pm instead of 4pm.
