Never take this bus

Our bus was scheduled to depart at 7pm the 23rd December 2024 and arrive at 4am according to our ticket. The bus only arrived the following morning at 4:30 the 24th December 2024. The bus only departed the cape town station after 5am only for us to be transferred to another bus before we got to George. The APM staff gave no proper information when it came how far the bus was. Saying the bus is 3 hours late. We were stuck at the Cape Town bus station for more than 9 hours with no proper communication. We were stuck there cold and hungry for over 9 hours. We ran out of food, mothers with babies ran out of hot water. We were stuck in the cold and tired. Until now no one has explained to us why the bus didn't arrive.

2. The ticket specifically says luggage must weigh 22, 679kg but your staff made me pay for luggage that weigh less kg's and make us pay not the amount written on the scale and price an amount higher than the accuracy of the scale

When we wanted our money back so that we could arrange other forms of transport, we were refused by your staff. A compassion whats so ever.
