Never ever use APM BUS service

APM BUS service is the worst bus ever in south africa, I've never had such a bad infact horrible, disgusting service in my life. On friday I was boarding from Joburg to Bloem.... my bus was supposed to be leaving at 17:30 but instead we left at 19:15 and we where not given any explanations. As if that's not enough stress when we finally got to our destination some idiot misplaced our luggages. The drivers are rude the queue marshals are stupid. I really don't encourage people to use this **** service. When I came back on monday because I had bought a return ticket they over booked the bus so we had to stand there in the cold at night, luckily intercape came to the rescue. Vo****
