NEVER EVER BOOK APMWC BUS TO ANY PLACE DONT!

Computicket is such a bad company to work with. I booked an APMWC ticket on their online web for 19:00. The bus did not arrive and we could not get hold of the company that was suppose to provide the service,on top of that we waiting for the bus outside JHB park station such and unsafe place for 3 hours…had to go home at 11pm as the bus never pitched. Went on to ask for refund or rebook as I needed to travel and had no money but needed to still travel for to see my family in this December. Computicket did not bother to assist and they told me they don’t refund for a bus that departed. I told them that it never arrived,shared videos with time and they gave me contact details of APMWC THAT ARE NOT EVEN WORKING. I need my money Computicket! How are you generating sales ticket for a company that you know they don’t fulfill the service ,how do you put your clients at risk of being ****** and killed and you CAN CLEARLY SEE THE COMPLAINTS ONLINE BUT STILL WORK WITH THE UNRELIABLE COMPANY..How? Never ever deal with Computicket again,I rather go purchase my ticket at the bus office that I can trust. Until they refund me and show me that they know customer service …you can’t say you don’t refund and I must speak to the bus company while I paid my bus fare straight to COMPUTICKET. How?

Haven’t received my refund from APMWC as I am unable to reach the on all their contact numbers.
