Never book the Apm bus

Worst mistake of my booking service history.i booked over a week ago online.today (day before my trip) they call me to tell me there was an error,they have no buses going to pinetown,Durban from Johannesburg,someone made a mistake..they refuse to call me with a solution or refund me so I can atlist take a taxi the next morning. Called them repeatedly they either said they will call me back,which they didn't and ended up no more taking my calls.now I don't know what will happen in the morning or if I will ever get a refund. Worst service ever
