Negligent and *********** service

I am in the APM BUS that left mthatha at 5 o'clock yesterday but we are still stuck 45km outside kokstad on our way to Joburg. It's now 01:30 and we are not even getting any explanations or updates from the two drivers, instead the other one slept. When we ask the driver that is still up what's happening, he tells us that a mechanic is coming for assistance. Could they not atleast send another bus ASAP? This is the worst experience as some of us had commitments we needed to attend to early in the morning tomorrow.... Kindly assist us and train your drivers more on customer service, they are the worst.
