National commuters Hotline needs to take these buses off our roads

They don't even deserve this 1 star as I type this I'll be sleeping at Durban station as the bus has been cancelled due to low demand. To APM bus company it doesn't matter if you used your last money to book the ticket or if you've already checked out of your accommodation. They do not care about the well being of the passengers , their safety and all. They do not care about the reason you're traveling even if it means missing an important Dr's appointment it's a small inconvenience to them. They can't even give you a refund or offer an alternative method to get to your destination. Their phones are not answered including the call center number . I will not let this experience slide
