My Luggage could not be found arriving at destination

Took a bus from East London going to Pretoria.. on our way the driver stop just after free state decided to transit with one old bus from eagle liner giving an excuse of him going back to fetch some people who are stuck... to my surprise we arrive at Pta couldn’t find luggage.. of the passengers spot someone taking my luggage when the bus had decide to drop of passengers next to the park station in joburg instead of going in to the park station terminal... and nothing was done till now about my luggage
