More that 5 hours delay.

This is the worst bus to use. They informed us of a 3 hour delay at 13:00 on the day we're leaving at and said it's due to traffic. Where are they travelling where they're the only ones stuck in traffic and not the other busses? The bus was supposed to depart Cape town station at 18:30 on the 21st December 2020 and due to the 3 hour delay it was supposed to depart at 21:30 but the bus arrived at 22:30 and left at 23:00. I would never ever recommend the bus to anyone. The drivers didn't even apologize for the long delay.
