I booked book the Apm bus from Cape Town to Queenstown on the 07/96/2024 using Just Go. The booking was for 4 passengers and I paid R2900 in total.

The bus never arrived, no alternative transport arranged. No refunds only a promise of a voucher and just being sent back and forth with no resolution. How you refund with a non existing voucher for something that's your fault to begin with is beyond me.

Imagine having to deal with the steess of loosing a loved one, having to make financial funeral arrangements and be ****med on top of it. Will never use your services, ever again.
