Lost bags

Does anyone even respond to these posts!????? I had the worst experience. Turns out all my bags were removed from the bus without knowledge. Please assist !!!! My children’s clothes,medicine everything is missing and no one is assisting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
