Long distance buses

I bought a ticket to EC for my 73 yr old mom it was scheduled to to leave on 7 December Wednesday evening & bus didn't pitch she had to sleep at park station with no explanation or whatsoever.The bus company only sent another bus the following morning @ 7 am.I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone
