Lack of information

Book a bus from Bloemfontein to PE. The bus was suppose to depart 23h15 and only to find out that there are two buses. The first arrived full and I had to waste another 30 minutes on the cold waiting for the second bus that I was not informed about. I have an 9h30 appointment the following of which I am not sure if I am going make it or not. If I was informed about this, then I should have made another plans
