I was travelling from JHB to DBN with Mr Klass our Apm Driver. Mr Klass showed another side of customer service and customer obssession he greeted us welcomed us on board he well explained to us how our trip is going to be. Mr Klass is a great driver Mr Klass went over and beyond my expectations, not all drivers do what he did thatb is some high level of customer service.. i felt as if im flying with EMIRATES but no im Riding with MR Klass.
