incompetence, miscommunication, late coming and inconvenience

the one star under this review is for affordability but at what cost??? it’s been 32hrs of me waiting for this bus and there is zero communication. i have now missed my interview in the next city because of the inconvenience caused by this bus. WARNING: DO NO BOOK THIS BUS, it will end in tears. to the company owner, close it my guy!! you’re doing a poor job.
