If you can, choose any other bus service. They genuinely don't care

I need everyone to know how horrible this company is, they are literally running a ****, from all the reviews I've seen they seem to put up a time, delay the time by at least 5 hours, especially at night and they don't offer refunds. It seems they are just hoping that by delaying, people will choose to leave and they'll just keep the money. I'm honestly hurt by this service, the lady I called was also not helpful at all, she just didn't care, told me they're gonna make a plan and hung up on me, horrible service, please stay away from them, please!!!!!!!
