I want my refund

I booked a bus ticket for myself and my partner from idutywa to Cape Town. We got to the BP garage 30 minutes before the departure time I left my Patner with the luggage to withdraw cash the the bus came and he told them I am 3 minutes away will be there shortly they removed our luggage from the bus and left we drove after the bus to butterworth but the bus refused to stop for us. We drove to Ndabakazi after the bus the driver literally refused even when he could see we are the same people whose luggage was removed from the bus I want my money back as I had to book another bus ticket
