I want my refund

I booked a ticket on 11 July, they call me that there is no bus because of unrest issue, they told me they gonna refund me, now when I send email or call no one help me or respond my email, last when I call I spoke to the one of the consultant a lady her surname is Mahlangu she ask me to send my details so that they can refund me but now she is no way to be find meaning they don't take customer 's matters serious, This is really a bad service. I want my money back because I never use their ticket
