I want my money back, APM bus is very *********** and does not respect customers

I booked a bus ticket on Computicket for 26th July, 3pm to depart from Mthatha Ultra City Shell to Cape Town for my little brother. We arrived at the station at 14:30 and waited for the bus. Guess what? The bus did not arrive and we waited there until 17:00 before we gave up. No communication was sent to acknowledge this and I want my money back, not your stupid voucher. I never want to book with APM again as they are the most *********** company I’ve ever seen. I want my money back!!! My little brother is supposed to be back at work and he is not because of your unprofessionalism.
