I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I booked a 3 pm bus for my son. From Umtata to Germiston for Saturday 14 August 2021. The bus never pitched the offices were all closed. He asked around and he was told the offices were closed and there are no buses. There was no communication or anything and my child was stranded there. I then called the offices including the Cape town branches but ALL the numbers are not available. I need my refund back please and I will NEVER ever trust the APM again. Some of the numbers on their website they go to other companies their website is not updated even the number on the ticket and the confirmation of booking SMS they sent is not going through. This is really disgusting and I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!!
