I JUST WANT MY MONEY, I DONOT WANT TO USE YOUR BUSES

I wanted to cancel the bus ticket , but when i went into their office their tell me that i cant cancell if i do their will take 50 earch ticket meaning i will be loosing 150 becouse they are 3 tickets that i have buy on top of that 150 their are teeling me tht their cant give me my money i will have to take a vocher.

Even the person that was talking was not helping [ LERATO] she even tell me that nothing will change even if i can call their office i will not get my money i still donot understand becouse the date its still far [ 20\01\2021 that its a travelling date
