I booked a bus ticket from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town

I booked a bus ticket from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town. They cancelled the bus at 08h00pm and the departure time was supposed to be 08h00pm on the 14/12/2023. They say it's due to taxi violence, yet other busses are operating. They are not taking our calls to give answer and issue refunds. This is the worst bus service, I've ever encountered.
