horrible unprofessional service

This is such a pathetic bus service. I booked my bus ticket well in advance and on the day i am supposed to be leaving they call me and tell me that their buses are not operating until the 21st , what am i supposed to do at the 11th hour!!!!!!!!!!! how does that happen , make it make sense please so inconsiderate and unprofessional.
