Horrible service

Horrible service ever, no one answers the customer service line, the busses arrive much earlier than the time stipulated on the ticket, they don’t even stop 5 minutes at the designated area, after I was able to get hold of the agent she gave me attitude and told me to go get the footage to prove that the bus left earlier than the stipulated time, she also promised to call me back and she didn’t, when I called her back she told me something more important came up so she was still attending that. I’m never booking with APM Bus again
