Horrible service and crazy charges

The worst ever! I booked on Monday needing to go on Tuesday. Tuesday I get a call and have a work emergency so I want to cancel. Mission impossible getting ahold of them over the phone, ended up going to cape town to talk to the people. Then it took them a solid hour to cancel my booking after telling me that they don't do refunds but do some loyalty point thing on top of that they charged me R70 for cancellation, almost a quarter of the original price. Don't use them... their buses aren't even good... They are cheap but have just as cheap a service
