Horrible service

So i took a bus on the 24th june from Montrose to Mthatha Ec. 1st of all the bus was 35min late. The ticket said 22:05pm but we left Montrose at 23:05. We supposed to get to Mthatha at 7:15. Its 9am nd we still 30km away from Mthatha. It was my 1st time using it and my last. The service is beyond poor. The bus literally stops at all the stops. Be it a person is getting in/off or not the bus will stop wasting more time. I am very disappointed by the service. Apm doesn't deliver what they promise. Its one thing for the bus to be late for 30min but for it to be 2-3hrs late is unheard of. Especially when there's no traffic, school are closed and the roads are not busy, i really fail to understand how they let such happen. It is soo unprofessional and the drivers dont even seem to care much or even apologize for the inconvenience...

What a let down. APM!!!
