Horrible bus service

Dear APM transport

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the bus service that did not arrive at the scheduled time in Cradoc on the10/03/2025

I was waiting at the Stuwig at 7:15 to 23::but the bus did not show up. Despite checking the schedule and waiting for an extended period, the bus never arrived.

This has caused me significant inconvenience, including me being ****** while waiting for APM. Had to make plans in order for me to get to Cape Town with an extra payments

Tried to call your office and the guy told me kuty he will get back to me till now

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future. I would also like to request a refund for the fare I paid for the missed journey.

Please let me know what actions you will take to address this issue.
