Horrible bus experience

Horrible experience is an understament. This bus is horrible and it was cold as ice. Heaters not working all the way from JHB to Eastern Cape, imagine. To make matters worse, i booked a return ticket. I then waited for the bus on Sunday in Dutywa as per the ticket and it never arrived. This bus is just a **** and am thankful to be alive when i boarded it from JHB park station to EC. I will never ever board this ****** bus again. I will also take it up with department of Transport to look into this. Now i have forfeited my hard earned R500 because tho ****** bus never arrived in Dutywa and when we tried phoning, its just ringing and not picked up.

I am very angry and i want my money back, i can say a lot more but i leave at that for now because even the bus from JHB to EC the condition was terrible and i don't know how these buses pass the roadworthy certificates but after all this is South Africa, alive with possibilities.
