<p>My wife and baby were travelling from job to durban on one of these coaches, and I had booked the ticket online but not before checking that the buses had air-conditioning as it's not comfortable for baby to travel for so long in a condition that's not climate controlled. When the coach leaves she enquires about the air-conditioning, to be informed it doesn't work. I mean seriously, who checks up on these people, they have it on their website that every coach is " fitted" with aircon, bht they fail to mention that these units don't work or are not to be used. Bunch of ****ing ******s. Who is being paid off to let this kind of negligence continue.</p>
