Heart broken

On the 7th of April, they sent me an sms saying they have changed my booking from 18;00 to 16:00, I was on another bus from Mpumalanga to Pretoria there was no way i was going to make it there by 16;00. I had to spend the night in the same room with my sister and her husband because when i arrived they booked me for the bus which was going to leave the next day. on our trip the bus got stuck in the mud the whole night. after the 33 hours trip to cape town I saw that there was a mix up of bags. the other lady brought my bag, the next day at about 9 am i went fetch it from the office they said it was in the driver's car at some place i dont know. i should wait for 16;00 he will put it in another bus, the bus came it didnt have my bag, they said i must wait for another one that will come at 17;30, so i left.. i went the following day they told me that my bag was now in another bus to East london..3 days later i am still waiting for them to call me.
