Good customer service

I would like to commend the customer service we received from APM bus Western Cape office. My cousin was supposed to board a bus scheduled to depart Windmill, East London bus station at 15:50, but she missed the bus and it turns out that she was given the wrong departure time for that pick-up point.

We called the office in Cape Town and they were very helpful and patient with us in our query. The next morning they called my cousin before she needed to call them and they told her she can board the bus at the same time but at the correct departure point. She was able to board the bus and we are thankful to them for their assistance
