False advertising and Poor customer service.

I booked a bus for 21 December 2019 to depart Midrand at 07:00am. I heard rumours that the morning bus does not exist and people who have booked the morning bus gets shifted to the evening bus. I called the customer services number to confirm the rumours and sadly they were true. The morning bus that we buy tickets for does not exit and I was shifted without my knowledge and consent to the evening bus. No one bothered to notify me of the changes to check if I approve with them.

This is a ****** inconvenience!!! Poor customer service and lack of communication. False advertising because you sell us products that don't exist.
