Extreme poor service

Worst experience ever . The bus was suppose to be here at 7 and now it's 21:20 . They don't update us or anything. When I called Lucky said there's nothing they can do . And am working tomorrow. We are females standing outside by the road . It's not safe and we are very cold . They not helping us with anything This is not fair at all.
