****ed customer

Bought a bus ticket on 26/03/2022 for trip departing from Welkom to Pretoria on the 27/03/2022 at 08h00. I arrived at the bus terminal point at 07h15, It's now 9h27 the bus hasn't arrived, there's no communication whatsoever from APM that the bus is running late or something. Made multiple calls but apparently their operating hours it said to be between Monday to Friday and the emergency contact is not going through. I'm so ****ed and I have seen from other reviews that they even take long to refund people. If they cannot treat customers right why don't they just closed doors and stop operations.
