driver playing music at 4am

I took a bus to Durban from Johannesburg on the 10/11/2017. at 22:00. wow so unprofessional was the crew. where we stopped they did even check if everyone is on board. There worse thing was when we got to Pietermaritzburg the driver played music and loud at 4am. we still wanted to sleep. unfortunately for me I bought return ticket and I returned on the 12/11/2017at 21:00 to Johannesburg. wow the crew this time was so professional that was exceptional service. I would really like to say to them thank you after such a bad service. but surely I will never use APM again after that service to Durban I say never and never again.I was my first time and last time i was APM
