Do not book APM bus no matter what

Just a friendly warning, do not book APM buses. You will blame yourself. I'm still on the road to Butterworth from Cape town. Bus was supposed to departure at 18:00 but we had to wait until 21:00 we got to East Lond the bus dropped us there. They organized us a taxi with too 2hrs to move from East Long. It's 16:13 nw we are still in a taxi to Butterworth. Few weeks ago I took APM from Bellville to Blomfontain it's was more than an hour late. No correspondence nothing from APM.
