Dissatisfied with APM BUS SERVICE

Dissatisfied with APM bus service. I've always heard people complaining about their services I book a ticket for today at 14:00 when I was on way to bus station got this SMS

“Dear APMWC passenger,

Please note our service for today has been postponed to tomorrow same time due to operational reasons. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Called the number ask for refund they refused 😭😭 but they don’t have buses available 😡😡😡 Apm Terminals
