Dissatisfied Customer

Worst bus service ever. I regret choosing this bus, travelling from Durban to Port Elizabeth in a bus that does not have a toilet. We are denied using the garage toilets whilst the bus is loading at different stops. The drivers are damn rude. We have been informed that our next comfort break will be in East London as we have just left Kokstad.

I am really asking myself how were these buses given a permit to operate long distance 😭😭😭
