Disgusting servics by APM Bus

Disgusting service by APM Bus. Traveling from King Williams Town to Jhb (Friday, 03 Jan 2020), I booked my ticket in advance like any sane being would only to be told on the day of my departure that the bus we were suppose to travel to Joburg in broke down and the other one drove from EL to Queenstown without passing our pick up point. After 1 hour of waiting we were sent taxis to transport us to JHB and this is NOT the service I paid for.

Even when the taxis eventually arrived it took another 2 hours before they could load us because APM had not paid the taxis to transport us. The service agent on the day was just as pathetic and disguting, he even refused to give us complaints address and his full names only saying he is Xolani/Xolisa or something and that there's only one Xolani/Xolisa in King Williams Town who works for APM. When I eventually found their contact centre number it was not answered.

We left 3 hours late in taxis putting our lives at risk becuase of APM Bus stupid incompetence and horrible service.

This is not the first time their buses break down and having passengers carried in taxis. There's atleast about four incidents in the last two months of the same thing taking bookings knowing they don't have enough fleet to carry people.
