Disgusting Service

At 11:30am I was told the bus is canceled until 5pm and they told they sent a text but I did not receive any text the staff couldn't care anyless. I waited until 6pm because I did not want to fight or cause any seen. If I wanted a 5 Oclock bus I would have booked a 5 O clock bus.

I cannot believe I still have the energy to type this paragraph right now time is 5am and the same bus was stuck in Leighnsburg from 00:00am until now. I'm beyond disappointment this is the most disgusting service I ever received I have never been treated like this even by a Taxi driver. There is nowhere in hell I'm waiting for the mechanic to fix this nonsense Bus I'm going back to Cape Town. Someone needs to contact me immediately before I take this further, the nightmare did not end with this Bus because I was convinced to continue with the journey. The Bus was stuck for the Second time a Kilometer away from Johannesburg, the driver was very unapologetic he told us he'just a driver we sorted ourselves out with a Taxi to take us to Park Station.

How do you risk with people's life's like this, I missed out on an interview. I'm going to make this service trend. I cannot even log a complaint on you complaint platform very very disgusting I'm missing an interview because your service is worse than a ****a shop. No one has gotten back to me regarding this, I don't know why this bus is still in service.
