disgusting service

I bought a ticket for my 2 yr and half daughter to get a seat from Queenstown to cape town however my daughter was not seated the whole way. no assistance from the drivers or the bus coordinator this is extremely unacceptable my brother was completely unconfirmable the whole way as the child who was supposed to have a seat they paid for did not get one. The is no complaints contactable number to report any issues you have with the bus . The service was appalling to say the least. No explanation why she could get her own seat. No help at all.
